Founder & CEO
My primary objective is building and integrating value creation for founders, portfolio company executive leadership teams, investors, and stakeholders through operational expertise in board advisory, executive coaching, organizational infrastructure and design implementation, enabling partnership between investors and portfolio executive teams, creating managerial bandwidth, instilling best leadership and business practices for pre-revenue, start-ups and high growth early stage companies.
I have over 15 years of executive and operational experience in pre-revenue, start-up, emerging growth, VC backed, mid-market companies, private equity, public accounting, and Fortune 500 companies.
My main directive is centered on organizational strategy, growth directive achieved through organic and acquisitions activity, business development, deal flow management, short-term and long-term strategic and operational planning, and organizational design to optimize investor and company stakeholder enterprise value. This is achieved through my exclusive partner network for operational support, funding needs, and cash flow management strategies.
